CERAMIC POWDER, ELECTROCONDUCTIVE PASTE USING SAME, MULTILAYER CERAMIC ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION THEREOF

A ceramic powder is provided to form an inner electrode layer in a multilayer ceramic electronic part, to improve the durability under load at high temperature, insulation property, and to impart high reliability to a multilayer ceramic electronic part. A ceramic powder is added to a conductive paste for forming an inner electrode layer in a multilayer ceramic electronic part including a dielectric ceramic layer and the inner electrode layer stacked alternately. The ceramic powder has a perovskite type crystal structure and has a Wt/Wc ratio(wherein Wt is the content of the tetragonal phase and Wc is the content of the cubic phase) of 2 or higher. The ceramic powder has a specific surface area of 10 m^2/g or greater. The ceramic powder is based on barium titanate powder.
