<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily miniaturize the whole of a humidifier, generate appropriate turbulent flow in a passage groove, and surely hold desirable humidifying function. <P>SOLUTION: The humidifier is equipped with first and second separators 52, 54. The first separator 52 has a plurality of first passage grooves 62a, 64a for passing air before reaction, the first passage grooves 62a, 64a are set so that the dimension in the groove height direction is larger than the dimension in the groove width direction.
