<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system advantageous for suppressing the reverse flow of water from a storage part to a condenser caused by the negative pressure in the condenser. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system is equipped with a fuel cell 2 generating electric power with reaction gases; the condenser 11 producing condensed water by condensing moisture contained in the reaction gases supplied to the fuel cell 2 or offgas of the reaction gases; and the storage part 7 storing the condensed water accumulated in the condenser 11. A drainage valve SV1 is installed between the condenser 11 and the storage part 7. The drainage valve SV1 can switch over a closing state shutting off the communication between the condenser 11 and the storage part 7 and an opening state communicating the condenser 11 with the storage part 7, and exhausting water in the condenser 11 to the storage part 7. A controller 40 increases inner pressure to open the drainage valve SV1/conducts drainage treatment, after the inner pressure in the condenser 11 is increased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
