A device for measuring humidity of a pot is provided to automatically measure the humidity of the pot and inform water content in the pot to let users know when watering is needed. A device for measuring humidity of a pot includes a solar cell board(1), an external cover(2), a light emitting diode(3), a switch(4) for selecting functions, a cylindrical body(5), an inserting tube(6), a circuit board, and a humidity sensor. The solar cell board, the external cover, the light emitting diode, and the switch for selecting functions are mounted on a top of the cylindrical body. The circuit board where circuit elements are arranged is installed in an inner space isolated from the top of the cylindrical body completely. The humidity sensor is mounted under the circuit board. The humidity sensor is a semiconductor type and is ventilated through a vent hole formed on the inserting tube. The solar cell board supplies energy to the device. |
