A double clip assembling apparatus is provided to improve safety and productivity by safely and quickly fitting an inner clip and an outer clip. A double clip assembling apparatus includes a turn table(2), a multi-stage rod(3), an elevating unit, an outer clip supply unit, a first press cylinder(51), an inner clip supply unit, a second press cylinder(52), a third press cylinder(53), and a fourth press cylinder(54). The turn table rotates by a motor. The multi-stage rod is coupled to the turn table such that the multi-stage rod is rotatable together with the turn table. The multi-stage rod has an upper portion having a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of an outer clip, an intermediate portion having an outer diameter larger than the inner diameter of the outer clip, and a lower portion having an outer diameter larger than the outer diameter of the intermediate portion. The elevating unit is arranged beneath the turn table, and elevates the multi-stage rod. The outer clip supply unit supplies the outer clip such that the outer clip is fitted to the upper portion of the multi-stage rod. The first press cylinder presses the outer clip fitted to the upper portion of the multi-stage rod such that the outer clip is fitted to the lower portion of the multi-stage rod. The inner clip supply unit supplies an inner clip such that the inner clip is fitted to the upper portion of the multi-stage rod. The second press cylinder presses the inner clip fitted to the upper portion of the multi-stage rod such that the inner clip is fitted to the intermediate portion of the multi-stage rod. The third press cylinder presses the multi-stage rod such that the inner clip fitted to the intermediate portion of the multi-stage rod is fitted into the outer clip fitted to the lower portion of the multi-stage rod. The fourth press cylinder further presses the multi-stage rod to the position lower than the position pressed by the third press cylinder. |
