PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aeration device for a health bath automatically mixing air inside enzyme mixture by alternately inflating a plurality of inflation/deflation bag bodies disposed at the bottom of a bathtub and alternately pushing up and agitating a part of the enzyme mixture such as rice bran, large sawdust, Bacillus subtlis, water and nutrient. SOLUTION: The plurality of inflation/deflation bag bodies 2 are disposed at the bottom of the bathtub 1 where the enzyme mixture (a) is put in; each inflation/deflation bag body 2 is connected with a supply hose 31 connected to an air supply device 3 and an exhaust hose 41 connected to an air exhaust device 4, and each air supply device 3 and each air exhaust device 4 are alternately actuated to alternately inflate/deflate each inflation/deflation bag body 2 and alternately push up and agitate a part of the enzyme mixture (a) inside the bathtub to mix the air inside the enzyme mixture (a).
