<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device which can reduce a positional deviation and a tilt at the time of application of temperature load. <P>SOLUTION: The optical device includes an adhesion structure in which a base stand 2 is adhered to an optical component 1 via adhesion parts 3. The adhesion parts 3 include ring-shaped grooves 5, and the base stand 2 is bonded to the optical component 1 via adhesives 6 with which the grooves 5 are filled. The adhesive shapes of the plurality of adhesion parts are all controlled to be the same one since the base stand 2 is provided with the ring-shaped grooves 5. The optical component 1 is thereby prevented from tilting at the time of the adhesion, and a positional deviation and a tilt at the time of application of temperature load is reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
