METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A CONDUCTING POLYMER MICRO HOLLOW STRUCTURE USING A MICRO BUBBLE

A method for preparing a conductive polymer micro-hollow structure of desired shape is provided to improve processing velocity and to lower cost by changing the applying voltage during electropolymerization. A method for preparing a conductive polymer micro-hollow structure comprises the steps of placing two electrodes separately at the upper part and the lower part of a contain having a mixture solution comprising a monomer aqueous solution and a surfactant; applying (-) voltage to the lower electrode by crossing the mixture solution to form a micro-bubble template on the surface of the upper electrode; and applying (+) voltage to the lower electrode to form a conductive polymer along the surface of the bubble template.
