Loading aid (2a) is connected via a hinge (12) to a vehicle trailer to make loading easier for the user. Preferred Features: Uprights (3a) are arranged on the tailgate (1c). A cable winch (10) is arranged on the uprights by which the loading aid can be lifted using a cable (11) via cable rollers (4a, 4b). The uprights have holes which fit the different tailgate heights.
