A rear seat back with a height-adjustable center armrest is provided to adjust a gap between lower and upper parts of the armrest by maintaining two parts at the end separated from the link through the mechanism. A rear seat back(13) of a vehicle comprises a rectangular center space, an armrest(18), a link, and a mechanism. The rectangular center space divides the rear seat back into left and right sections(16,17). The armrest is divided into two vertical parts, extended from the rear seat back, and placed in the center space at the folded position. The link is coupled with the two parts. The mechanism maintains the two parts at the end separated from the link. The armrest is turned around a fixed shaft, horizontally extended to a vertical shaft of the vehicle, and placed in the center space.
