PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image editting device capable of effectively supporting edit of a printed matter comprising a plurality of pages. SOLUTION: The printed matter 72 comprising a plurality of recording paper sheets bound together in the middle of the sheets is displayed and each page (corresponding to one side of a half the recording paper sheet) 73 of the printed matter 72 is displayed to a lower area of a screen. When a page up key 74, a page down key 75, and right left scroll keys 76 are selectively depressed, pages of the printed mater 72 are turned over, two preceding pages or two succeeding pages are displayed on each depression, simultaneously, the four pages 73 on the lower side area are horizontally scrolled, two preceding pages or two succeeding pages are newly displayed and two of the four pages are updated. Further, through the operation of an insertion key 94, a delete key 95, and a move key 96, edit processing such as insertion, deletion, and movement of a page can be executed.
