PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate housing case capable of holding a substrate while putting it in a predetermined position. SOLUTION: In the substrate housing case, guides 4 for guiding the movement of a substrate are provided on two confronted inner lateral sides 3, and a pair of holding members 8, 9 for crimping and holding the substrate are provided on an end face 5 in a direction where the substrate is inserted. An interval between confronted portions of the pair of holding members 8, 9 is smaller than the thickness of the substrate, one of the confronted portions is a plane, and the other has a protruding shape.
