PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional color conversion table in which all grid conversion color data required for deriving conversion color data of one remarked pixel can be transferred at high rate to a processor, and to provide an image processor and an image processing method employing it. SOLUTION: In the three-dimensional color conversion table for converting the color of an image represented in a digital color space having the number of colors n<SP>3</SP>, grid conversion color data for determining the color after conversion at each vertex of k<SP>3</SP>cube regions constituting the digital color space with no gap is held, for every cube region, in a storage region of fixed capacity of a memory which is different from each other.
