PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper feeding device capable of removing a foreign matter such as paper dust, preventing a foreign matter from entering a transfer region, and obtaining satisfactory quality of image and to provide an image forming device provided with the paper feeding device. SOLUTION: This paper feeding device has a first paper feeding member coming into pressure-contact with the uppermost face of a paper sheet stored in a paper storage part to feed the paper sheet, a second paper feeding member arranged on the downstream side in the direction of paper conveyance for the first paper feeding member, and a cleaning member turning while being supported in a condition of being in contact with an outer peripheral face of the first paper feeding member and an outer peripheral face of the second paper feeding member to clean the outer peripheral faces of the first and second paper feeding members.
