摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of maintaining sufficient photoelectric conversion efficiency by significantly reducing damage on a light reflective metal layer in forming and manufacturing a light reflecting member, and breakage or the like of the light reflective metal layer when the light reflecting member is formed and stretched. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device includes a conductive substrate 1, a plurality of crystalline semiconductor particles 2 joined on an upper surface of the conductive substrate 1 at intervals between each other, and concave mirror shaped light reflecting members 7 arranged between the crystalline semiconductor particles 2. The light reflecting member 7 includes a concave mirror shaped base 14, a first transparent protection layer 13 formed of resin sequentially formed on a light reflection surface of the base 14, the light reflective metal layer 12, a second transparent protection layer 11 formed of resin, and a surface transparent protection layer 10 formed of resin. The first and second transparent protection layers have softening points lower than that of the surface transparent protection layer 10, and have extension rates at a deformable temperature greater than that of the surface transparent protection layer 10 at the deformable temperature.
