A rotation unit using movement of a balance weight is provided to generate electricity or energy according to applications by being continuously rotated without an external physical force. In a rotation unit using movement of a balance weight, a support hanger(7) and a holding hanger(8) are installed in a rotary body(2) supported by a rotary body support member(1) to support a balance weight(9). One end of the balance weight is supported by the support hanger so that all balance weights in the rotary body face the same direction. The middle portion of the balance weight is supported by the holding hanger. The holding hanger is installed within the rotation radius of the support hanger installed in a rotary plate(6).
