PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure and manufacturing method of a conductive antenna. SOLUTION: The disclosed method mainly includes the following steps of: (a) providing a plastic film base; (b) printing water-based paint on the plastic film base, so that the water-based paint is positioned on the plastic film base and a planned antenna design is presented; (c) applying vapor deposition electro-plating to the plastic film base to install a conductive layer on the plastic film base; and (d) rinsing the plastic film base to separate the water-based paint and the plastic film base and to position the conductive layer on the antenna design. The structure of the conductive antenna of the present invention manufactured by the method includes the plastic film base and the conductive antenna. The plastic film base is manufactured using polyethylene terephthalate (PET). The conductive antenna is manufactured using a conductive material and connected on a surface of the plastic film base, and the conductive antenna comprises planned first thickness.
