<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithographic printing plate material which attains improvement in a printing failure such as a poor development or white discoloration and prevention of a flaw of the surface of a printing plate and a stain of printed matter due to a foreign substance in printing and which improves plate wear resistance and has the same workability as conventional ones, and a printing method. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing plate material having on-press developability has a hydrophilic layer on the surface side of an image forming layer on a substrate, and the hydrophilic layer contains a black pigment having an average particle diameter of 0.05-0.4 μm and having magnetism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
