PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting display panel, realizing electrode drawn-out parts with superior durability, with longevity and high display quality, and capable of stable production. SOLUTION: The light-emitting display panel is provided with at least anodes, a light-emitting layer, and cathodes laminated on a substrate, with a region where the anodes and the cathodes cross each other to be a light-emitting region. Electrode drawn-out parts each connected to an end part of the anode are formed on the substrate, an insulation layer is formed at a connection side end part of the electrode drawn-out part covering the connection side end part, the cathode is formed so as to ride on the insulation layer, and also, each end part of the cathode is connected to a part that is not covered by the insulation layer of the electrode drawn-out part.
