PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add a function of simulating jamming to radio wave communication to a system which has no function of causing radio wave to be interrupted in virtual training performed in LAN environment. SOLUTION: A virtual training generating section 4, trainees 1, 2 and 3, and a wireless simulating section 5 are connected to the LAN, and a position monitoring section 6 is connected to the virtual training generating section 4. The virtual training generating section 4 generates virtual scenery on visual field sections 11, 21 and 31 of trainees 1, 2 and 3, and displays positions of the trainee itself and the other trainees on navigation sections 12, 22 and 32 of the trainees 1, 2 and 3. The virtual training generating section 4 moves a dummy object from a predetermined position to a regular position when judging that the trainees 1, 2 and 3 are in the predetermined area. The position monitoring section 6 detects that the dummy object has moved to the regular position, and transmits a virtual electric wave communication jamming instruction to the wireless simulating section 5.
