PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain cost down by improving a mounting position of a battery unit, to suppress electromagnetic noise and to prevent lowering of efficiency and output of a motor/an inverter. SOLUTION: A CVT4, a motor 6, and a booster 8 are arranged in a transmission housing 2 and the inverter 10 is stored in a recess 2a formed by depressing an external wall of the transmission housing 2 toward an internal space.
