PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil inspection device capable of accurately measuring a quantity of lubricating oil, when operating an engine. SOLUTION: This oil inspection device 30 inspects a lubricating oil quantity of the engine 1. A spacer 31 is arranged between an oil pan 5 of the engine 1 and a cylinder block 2. The spacer 31 and the oil pan 5 are extended to the side more than the cylinder block 2. The oil inspection device 30 is arranged in an extending part 40 for inspecting the lubricating oil quantity.
