PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a threshing apparatus capable of adjusting opening of a dust-sending valve according to a condition of a material to be threshed charged by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The threshing apparatus 1 is constituted so as to arrange a threshing cylinder 4 and a threshing cylinder cover 2 in a definite space SP and arrange a dust-sending valve 10 for adjusting a flow rate of a material to be threshed while bringing into contact with a material PL to be conveyed which flows through the space SP. In the threshing apparatus 1, the dust-sending valve 10 is rotatably installed and an energizing member 14 is connected to the dust-sending valve 10 is kept in initial position by pushing force and the dust-sending valve 10 is formed so as to rotate according to load generated when the material to be threshed flows. In the threshing apparatus 1, the energizing member 14 is deformed according to load generated when the material to be threshed flows to rotate the dust-sending valve 10.
