A push stick connection structure for a steam cleaner is provided to prevent the steam flowing to the lower part of the base assembly from being injected to a user by forming a hanging groove unit hanged with a stop projection for preventing the rotation of a base assembly. A push stick connection structure for a steam cleaner comprises a base assembly, a push stick, a spring, a stop projection(213), and a hanging groove unit(165). The base assembly is formed with a steam injection hole. The push stick is rotatably installed at the base assembly to have a rotary shaft. The spring is installed at the rotary shaft. The stop projection is installed at the rotary shaft to receive the electric force of the spring. The hanging groove unit is hanged with the stop projection in the base assembly.
