A splint for medical treatment is provided to obtain good ventilation, to be used on a user in a fresh state conveniently, and to minimize side effects due to excessive moisture. A splint for medical treatment includes an outer cover(20), a middle cover(40), an inner cover(60) and a core material(50). The outer cover(20) is exposed outside, and plural through holes are formed on the outer cover(20). Both sides of the middle cover(40) are bonded to the outer cover(20) in the inner side of the outer cover(20). Both sides of the inner cover(60) are bonded to the middle cover(40) in the inner side of the middle cover. The core material(50) is interposed between the middle cover and the inner cover, and is impregnated with a moisture curing resin.
