A device for integrating an IC card reader and a USB(Universal Serial Bus) cable is provided to function as a relay for data communication in a USB device and an external device connected to a PC by selectively performing a function of the IC card reader and the USB cable. A USB port(10) is connected to the PC and an IC card(20) is interfaced to the USB port. A switch(100) physically controls connection and disconnection of an interface. An I/O(Input/Output) port(50) corresponds to the USB port and is connected to an external device including a mobile terminal. A data linker performs data communication between the external device and the IC card by connecting the I/O port and the IC card. A charging unit charges the external device by connecting to the I/O port and the USB port. If the interface is disconnected, charging and/or data communication are performed by connecting the external device and the computer. If the interface is connected, the IC card is communicated with the PC. An antenna performs RF(Radio Frequency) communication by connecting to the IC card. |
