EMERGENCY CALL SYSTEM FOR VOICE COMMUNICATION AND VIDEO TRANSMISSION THROUGH WIRE AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION

An emergency call system for voice communication and video transmission through wire and wireless communications is provided to inform an emergency state by transmitting a signal through wireless communication and to facilitate installation by integrating a power line and a wire communication line through a UTP(Unshielded Twisted Pair). An emergency call device(100) turns on a warning lamp and outputs the sound of a siren in pushing an emergency switch and comprises a camera(150) photographing an image of a dangerous area; a voice communication unit communicating with the dangerous area and a control room in voice; and an ID(Identification) code indicating the location of the dangerous area. A wireless remote controller(130) informs the emergency call device of an emergency state by wireless. Wire and wireless interface units(161,160) recognize an emergency state by the emergency switch and the wireless remote controller and transmit the location of the dangerous area and the image photographed by the camera, through wire and wireless communications. An emergency receiving board(200) warns an emergency state by receiving the location of the dangerous area and the image through the wire and wireless interface units, communicates with the emergency call device in voice, and has a voice communication unit recording all calls. A main computer(300) of a main control room checks the location of the dangerous area by receiving the location of the dangerous area and the image of the camera from the emergency receiving board, displays the image of the camera to a manager, and informs the emergency state and the location to registered phone numbers of guards, police stations, and fire stations through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network) and a CDMA(Code Division Multiple Access) network. An image recording unit(310) records the image of a CCTV(Closed Circuit Television) camera transmitted from the main computer of the main control room. A communication line of the wire interface unit and a power line supplying power of the emergency call device are formed by one UTP.
