A device for preventing the contamination of a tank surface and disinfection of water in it comprises the housing of tank with an opening for draining the water, hydraulic valve for filling with water of tank and its emptying. Along the perimeter of the upper part of the tank at the height of the greatest water level in it is mounted the hollow profile, which includes longitudinal wall bushing, and wall bushing is covered with a layer of the material, which is capable to saturate water with bactericidal ions, hollow profile is made with longitudinal slot, by which is formed and directed the flow of water to the internal wall of the tank at the angle, which ensures separation of near-wall surface layer of water from the surface of the wall of tank on entire perimeter of its contact with the wall.
