A copper pipe connector and a method of manufacturing the connector are provided to improve the durability by forming a coating layer in a weak part to make the thickness of the weak part thick. A method of manufacturing a copper pipe connector(30a) includes the steps of: molding a copper pipe with a uniform length in a predetermined shape; and forming a coating layer(350) by coating the copper pipe which is molded in the predetermined shape after digesting the copper pipe into melted liquid. In the molding step, the copper pipe connector is cut and manufactured to have an L shape, a T shape, and an expanded shape. For example, an end of the copper pipe connector is expanded to form an expanded copper pipe connector(310) with a - shape. The copper pipe connector is formed to have the L shape by being bent perpendicularly. In the coating step, the coating layer is formed on the copper pipe connector with the predetermined shape formed by the molding step.
