A method for controlling ink ejecting characteristic of an inkjet head is provided to minimize time for uniformizing the ink ejecting characteristic in respect of all nozzles by reflecting the cross talk phenomenon between adjacent nozzles. A method for controlling ink ejecting characteristic of an inkjet head includes the steps of measuring the initial ink ejecting characteristic in respect of all nozzles(S1), comparing with the pre-set value the measurement in respect of each nozzle, and calculating the gradient in respect of each nozzle from the measurement to the pre-set value(S2), adjusting the waveform of driving pulse in respect of each nozzle based on the gradient calculated in the prior step(S3), applying the driving pulse adjusted in the prior step to all nozzles, and measures ink ejecting characteristic in respect all nozzle(S4), and judging whether the measurements in respect all nozzles are in the range of the pre-set value(S5). In case that the measurements in respect of all nozzles are in the range of the pre-set value, to adjust the ink ejecting characteristic is completed, and in case that the measurements in respect of all nozzles are not in the range of the pre-set value, from the second step starts the method.
