An apparatus for brewer pellet drying comprises rotary drum having internal blades, mechanisms of wet pellet loading and withdrawal of dry one, and system of hot air supply. The system of hot air supply is made in the form of a fan heater with possibility of hot air supply by axial-symmetric introduction of initial gas phase pipe branch and connection by liquid phase with a system of settling box cooling.
