A cylindrical disk type sluice valve is provided to prevent water leakage in a water supply pipe by securing the watertight between a body and a disk and prevent a packing ring from being damaged by smoothly rotating the disk. A cylindrical disk type sluice valve(100) includes a body(5), a disk(9), and packing rings(11). The body includes an inlet(1), an outlet(2), a shaft hole(3), and a shaft groove(4). The inlet and outlet are formed on both sides of the body. The shaft hole is punched on an upper part of the center of the body. The shaft groove is formed on a bottom of the body below the shaft hole. The disk is cylindrical and includes a rotary shaft(7) and water through holes(8,8'). The rotary shaft passes through the shaft hole to the shaft groove rotating by a medium of a bearing(6). The water through holes are formed on both sides of the disk. The packing rings are installed on packing ring grooves(10) which are formed on outer circumferences of the water through holes.
