DEVICE FOR TRANSOSSEOUS COMPRESSION OSTEOSYNTHESIS OF SUBCAPITAL FRACTURES

摘要

A device for transosseous compression osteosynthesis of subcapital fractures comprises an external support plate with bone-holding elements, a fixation pin (FP) with a puller-retractor and a flat part being recessed into the bone. The fixation pin has guides for elastic pins in the form of longitudinal channels maximally spaced across the width which have radial form at the end of FP. When linearly displaced along the channel the ends of elastic pins come outside the FP with formation of arcual hooks which in backward displacement retract to initial position. The technical result is in reliability of atraumatic fixation of splinters with elimination of rotational instability; easy removal of the fixator without tissue traumatizing; elimination of the risk to traumatize femoral neurovascular tract during surgical measure and thereafter.
