An impact beam integrated with a pressed and expanded bracket and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to integrate a body with a bracket without employing an additional assembly process when an impact beam is manufactured. An impact beam integrated with a pressed and expanded bracket includes a body(11) and brackets(12',13'). The body(11) is obtained by thermally treating a steel hollow pipe and constitutes the central portion of the impact beam of a vehicle. The brackets(12',13') are integrated with the body(11) at two ends of the body(11) by expanding and pressing a non-thermal treatment portion of the steel hollow pipe. The bracket is formed by expanding and then pressing a portion, in which thermal treatment is not performed, through a hydro foaming scheme.
