<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt for OA equipment, particularly a transfer belt or a transfer/fixing belt which exhibits satisfactory toner releasing property and has good physical and mechanical stress resistance and good electrical stress resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The base material of a surface layer of the belt comprises continuously linking PTFE, PFA, or PTFE and PFA, and weight occupied by the PTFE, PFA or mixture of those in the base material except a conductive agent is ≥70%. The base material uses PTFE and/or PFA having an MFR of ≤14 g/10 min. The base material uses PTFE and PFA in such a way that PFA occupies ≥50 wt.% of the total weight of PTFE and PFA.
