<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide adsorption oil and fat for feed containing functional oil and fat in a high concentration, and having good acid stability and also an excellent handling property: and to provide a method for producing the oil and fat. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the adsorption oil and fat for feed comprises making a carrier composed of amorphous silicon dioxide adsorb functional oil and fat and an antioxidant under pressure.
