PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chattering prevention device of a working machine capable of effectively preventing generation of chattering in simple constitution and efficiently performing high precision machining work. SOLUTION: This chattering prevention device 10 is furnished with a plurality of bolt members 24a to 24d to mount a spindle 18 and a boring bar 20. A damper chamber 34 is formed in a main body part constituting the bolt members 24a to 24d, and a friction damper part 36 to absorb vibrational energy causing chattering by sliding friction in working a workpiece W is freely movably stored in this damper chamber 34.
