PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder adhesive coating device that definitely coats a toner-like powder adhesive onto a paper without using a photosensitive drum and an optical recording head. SOLUTION: An adhesive 49 is coated onto the paper P for Z-folded pressure-sticking postal card where variable information is beforehand printed by a printer or the like, with an adhesive coating roller 52 at a transfer auxiliary section 41, the powder adhesive 35 is coated onto the adhesive coated surface at an adhesive coating section 42 with a powder adhesive coating roller 54, and the adhesive 35 is temporarily fixed to the paper at a temporary fixing section 43, while the paper is being conveyed by a conveying belt 47 of a paper conveying device 39 that is carried-in from a paper feeder (not illustrated) by a pair of conveying rollers 48, the paper is reversed by a doublesided coating turnover device 44 and is conveyed in the first paper feeding directions shown in arrows h, i, and j, the paper is again fed and sent to the section 41, the section 42, and the section 43, the adhesive 35 is coated onto a rear side of the paper there, and the paper is sent to a folding device 37 and a pressure-sticking device 38.
