PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for inexpensively and efficiently producing a mixture having an auxiliary raw material fixed on the surface of an iron particle. SOLUTION: The production method includes spraying a melt of a binder onto a mixture prepared by mixing an iron-base powder with the auxiliary material at a lower temperature than a melting point of the binder, while mixing them to fix a particle of the auxiliary raw material on the particle surface of the iron-based powder.
