PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece carrying device which quickly and easily adjusts a sucking position of a frame according to an external diameter of the frame to be adsorbed, and also to provide a workpiece carrying method. SOLUTION: The workpiece carrying device is composed of a plurality of sucking sections 31 for sucking the frame F, and a direct acting moving mechanism 4 for adjusting locations of the sucking sections 31 by moving the sucking sections 31 in interlock with each other according to the size of the diameter of the frame F.
