摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supercritical apparatus capable of turning a large quantity of substances such as metal, ceramics, plastic, organic matter to nanosize in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: Induction coils 9, 40 are wound around a pressure vessel 1. Plasma waves of 135,600 Hz are applied from an oscillator 17 to the induction coils 9, 40 to make a plasma atmosphere in the pressure vessel 1, and carbon dioxide in a carbon dioxide supply line 8 is pressurized to more than 200 atm by a boost pump 7 and the carbon dioxide is fed to the pressure vessel 1 as a supercritical region. Raw material m to be treated in these atmospheres and a substance cooperating with the raw material m are treated and are taken out from a manufacture discharge line 34.
