PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural mulching film excellent in air permeability, highly containing medicaments such as insect repellent, fertilizer and herbicide, excellent in retention of medicinal effect, having high mechanical strength, excellent in a construction property and most suitable for growth of farm crops. SOLUTION: The agricultural mulching film is such that a polypropylene film provided with voids and having an air permeability rate of 50-5,000 sec/100 ml represented by a Gurley value per a film thickness of 25μm detected based on JIS P8117 contains at least one kind selected from the insect repellent, the fertilizer and the herbicide at 10-22 ml/m<SP>2</SP>, and a polyester-based film is laminated on at least one side of the polypropylene film.
