<p>The Michelson interferometer has a beam splitter (3) and rotary retro-reflector (9), whose rotation axis (10) is laterally shifted opposite its triple point. The beam splitter divides a ray of light (2), coming from a radiation source (1) in two partial beams (4,5), which are guided mirror-symmetrical to a straight line (10') parallel to the rotation axis under same angle (alpha ) into the rotary retro-reflector. The tilted mirror (6,7) and a partial beam (4') is arranged between rotary retro reflector and the beam splitter and the other partial beam (5') and lower odd number of deflecting mirrors is arranged, whereby the lower number is larger than or equal to zero.</p> |
