MOLD FOR DISPLAY DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE MOLD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a display device for improving a yield of patterns to be formed in a protective film.

SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a display device includes steps of: preparing an insulating substrate; forming a protective film on the insulating substrate; aligning and positioning a mold on the protective film, the mold comprising a support frame, at least one pattern forming part provided on one surface of the support frame and a projection part protruding from the support frame and provided along the edge of the pattern forming part, with the inner wall surface of the projection part facing the pattern forming part being formed perpendicular to the plate surface of the support frame; and pressurizing the mold to form a concave and convex pattern corresponding to the pattern forming part in the protective film.
