<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated heat pump type hot water supply device with a refrigerant circuit and a hot water supply circuit stored in one body unit, having improved usability and durability by enhancing the performance of cooling a control board while achieving a smaller size with optimum arrangement of components in equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The heat pump type hot water supply device comprises the refrigerant circuit having a compressor 5, a radiator 6, a pressure reducing means 7 and an air-refrigerant heat exchanger 11 connected to one another in sequence to form a closed circuit for circulating refrigerant, the hot water supply circuit 3 connected to the radiator 6 for carrying hot water heated by the radiator 6 to a hot water supply terminal, and the control board having a control means for controlling the operation of equipment. The refrigerant circuit 2 and the hot water supply circuit 3 are integrally arranged in a casing 1, and the control board is constituted by a refrigerant circuit control board 16 and a hot water supply circuit control board 17.
