PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a panel for information display that prevents the panel after sticking from warping or twisting by equalizing deformation conditions of two film substrates used as upper and lower substrates. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the panel for information display which has a display medium charged between the two substrates 1 and 2 one of which is transparent and displays information of an image etc., by moving the display medium by applying an electric field to the display medium, the panel for information display is manufactured while prevented from warping or twisting owing to a difference in thermal deformation quantity between the two substrates having been stuck together by using substrate sheets 12 which are sheet type continuous substrates wound around rolls as the one substrate (substrate 1) and the other substrate (substrate 2), matching the length and width directions of the substrate sheets 12, and using the substrate sheets 12 of the same material having the same stacked structure.
