An easily separable and openable multipurpose roof structure is provided to utilize a separable roof as a signboard or an advertising tower by attaching a signboard and an illuminator to a separable roof and coupling with a fixed roof, to let sunlight or fresh air in by opening and closing a roof at need and to heighten load bearing capacity by regulating a hydraulic cylinder. The easily separable and openable multipurpose roof structure contains a separable roof(100) attached with a signboard(170), an illuminator(110) and fixtures operating together with an arm of a hydraulic cylinder, a fixed roof(200) coupled with the separable roof, a coupler coupling the fixed roof and the separable roof to be movable by passing a connector through a central space of three projections of a female hinge fixed to the separable roof and a male hinge fixed to the fixed roof, a power unit, that is, a hydraulic cylinder unit composed of a cylinder(120) supplied with hydraulic pressure from a hydraulic unit by a hydraulic control valve, an arm(121) projected with strong hydraulic pressure to push up the separable roof and a hydraulic unit(122) generating hydraulic pressure, a power unit support(210) fixed to a vertical wall of the fixed roof to be parallel to the ground and supported/coupled to a column projected vertically from the bottom, and a limit switch controlling the separable roof not to be opened at over 90 degrees.
