A compound soundproofing wall and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce the product cost and allow recycling of the soundproofing wall by using a sound blocking panel having high density polyethylene instead of using glass wool. A compound soundproofing wall comprises a first exterior panel(30), a sound blocking panel(10), a soundproofing member(20) and a second exterior panel(40). The first exterior panel(30) has a plurality of thruholes(31), and covers one outer surface of the soundproofing wall. The sound blocking panel(10) is provided at an inner side of the first exterior panel(30). The soundproofing member(20) is provided at one side of the sound blocking panel(10) to absorb a sound wave generated from the sound blocking panel(10). The second exterior panel(40) is provided at one side of the soundproofing member(20) to cover the other outer surface of the soundproofing wall.
