A pressure detecting apparatus is provided to be arranged in a type to supply a pressure sensing device inside of a housing for receiving an elongate-shaped pipe portion protruded from one side end thereof. A pressure detecting apparatus(100) includes a housing(10), a pipe(12), a pressure sensing device(20), a circuit board(40), and a case connector(60). The pipe is elongated from one end portion of the housing and is formed in an elongated cylindrical shape. The pipe has one end portion to receive a pressure. The pressure sensing device is arranged on one end portion of the pipe and detects the pressure to output a signal corresponding to the pressure. The case connector receives the signal from the pressure sensing device. The housing further includes a wiring member arranged inside of the pipe to electrically connect the pressure sensing device and the connector. A screw part(13) is formed on an external surface of the pipe of the housing. The screw part is coupled to an engine block to be detected. The pipe of the housing is inserted into a mounting hole and mounted through the screw part.
