A ground line is provided to prevent an electrification accident by suppressing a potential rise by reducing the density of current around an electric pole when a lightning strikes the electric pole. A ground line(100) includes a ground mother line(110) and a discharge line(120). The ground line is buried around an electric pole such that a charge density around the electric pole is reduced. When a lightning strikes the electric pole, the ground line prevents a potential around the electric pole from increasing, such that an electrification accident is reduced. The ground mother line is made of an exposed copper line with a diameter of 5 mm. The discharge line has a length of 200 mm and arranged on the ground mother line such that the discharge line is crossed with the ground mother line. A diameter of the discharge line is 2 mm. |
